France has become one of the most popular study destinations for international students. However, study and accommodation costs in France is not always affordable. The annual tuition fee at public universities ranges from EUR 200-600, it could go as high as EUR 10,000 at private universities. Living costs is around EUR 10,000 a year. The Eiffel scholarship program was developed by the Ministry of foreign affairs as a tool to allow French higher education institutions to attract the foreign students for masters and PhD programs.

These France region scholarships are open to foreign students who are newcomers, aged no more than 30 within the selection year and who wish to pursue a Master degree in this region.
